Ordering
8Buns lets you browse the menu, select items, sizes and extras, and submit a delivery or pickup order. Review your items, quantities, total and contact details before confirming. Order tracking shows the status recorded by the branch.
Prices and availability
The order is calculated from current prices and selections when submitted. Eligible discounts, VAT and delivery fees appear in the final review. Orders depend on item availability, branch opening hours and delivery coverage.
Payment
Choose cash or online payment when available. Card checkout takes place through Paymob; do not put card details in order notes. Online-paid orders reach the branch after the payment provider confirms payment.
Delivery and pickup
Provide a valid phone number and full address, and check your location pin and delivery fee. For pickup, check the selected branch. Use your order tracking link to follow its status.
Order changes or payment issues
Contact the branch using the contact details shown in the menu, quoting your order number when asking about changes, cancellation, payment or refunds. If submission is uncertain, check the previous checkout before creating another order.
