8Buns Privacy Policy

8Buns uses personal data to provide online ordering, payment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and—only with your choice—analytics and advertising measurement.
Data we collect
Order contact and delivery details; order items, notes, totals and status; payment method, Paymob transaction reference and payment result (not full card data); account or loyalty activity; technical security logs such as IP address and device information; operational console diagnostics such as app version, receiver connectivity, notification permission and bounded delivery/error events; optional location when you choose to share it for delivery; and optional browsing/cart analytics after consent.
When you explicitly search for an address, the street/place search text is sent to the configured geocoding provider to find a delivery point. The lookup does not automatically add your name, phone number, building/apartment details or order notes to the search.
How data is used and shared
Data is used to prepare and deliver orders, process payments, provide tracking and support, protect the service, deliver staff order notifications, diagnose receiver availability, and meet legal/accounting duties. Relevant data may be shared with the selected branch, delivery staff, hosting and security providers, Paymob/payment providers, Firebase/Google for operational push delivery, and analytics/advertising vendors only when enabled and consented to.
Retention and security
Behavior analytics is normally deleted after the configured retention period (default 90 days), and notification delivery diagnostics after 30 days by default. Payment callback payloads and temporary payment secrets are minimized and purged by scheduled controls. Order and accounting records may be retained longer where required by law. Access is role-restricted, transport is encrypted, and receiver credentials are revocable and protected on supported Android devices.
Your choices and rights
You can reject optional analytics without affecting ordering. You may request access, correction, or deletion where legally available, or withdraw optional consent by clearing the privacy cookie and choosing again.
